摘 要:文化管理作为一种现代企业管理形式,是企业管理的新阶段。文化管理强调以人为中心,也强调制度"硬管理"和文化"软管理"的有机结合。21世纪是知识经济的时代,也是文化制胜的时代,通过文化管理可以有效地提升企业的竞争力。因此,为提升企业的竞争力,应采取如下措施:树立"人高于一切"的价值观,建立人性化的管理理念;通过自我实现,培养员工的奉献精神;进行人性化的情感管理,提升企业的亲和力;培养良好的工作气氛,培育团队精神。As a modern form of enterprise management,cultural management is the new stage of the enterprise management.Cultural management emphasizes people-centered and the combination of the hard system management and the soft cultural management.The 21st century is not only the era of knowledge economy,but also the era of culture winning,in which cultural management can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Hence,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the necessary measures are as follows.Enterprises should set up the value that people are above all and establish the humanized management concept.Enterprises can cultivate the dedication of the staffs by giving employees self-actualization.In order to enhance the affinity of enterprises,they should implement the humanized emotional management.It is also quite important for enterprises to cultivate a good work atmosphere so as to foster team spirit.
