摘　　要：在新建本科院校中,学报作为学校学术交流的平台,要在营造学校科研氛围、引导教师科研意识、促进应用性科学研究、培养人才和促进学科发展等方面起积极推动作用;坚持办刊原则和宗旨,结合地方特色,推进特色栏目建设,注重打造品牌与突出应用性,注重培养作者队伍,促进学科建设和学报共同发展。As an academic exchange platform,journals play an active role in creating a scientific research atmo sphere,guiding teachers to have scientific research consciousness,promoting applied science research,cultivating talents and promoting the development of disciplines in newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities.The editors should adhere to the principles and purposes,take account of local characteristics,promote the con struction of characteristic columns,attach importance to building brands and highlighting applications,pay atten tion to cultivating the author team and promote the development of both discipline construction and journals
