摘　　要：《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是对高校大一新生所要求开的一门思想政治理论课,它的教学目的很明确,就是:帮助大学生提高思想道德素质和法律素质。但是由于种种原因,这门课程的实际效果并不理想。要提高该课程实效性,必须改变教学理念,体现以学生为主体,同时加强教师自身的素质,才能达到增强该课程教学吸引力,提高教学效果的目的。Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis is a required ideological and political theory course for the freshmen. It aims to improve their ideological, moral and legal qualities. However, its practical effect is not ideal because of some reasons. In order to improve the effectiveness of the course, our teaching ideas should be changed. Students should be the center of the classroom; and teachers should improve their qualities.
