伢典化学机械去龋法治疗老年人根面龋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察伢典(Carisolv)化学机械去腐法治疗老年人根面龋的疗效。方法门诊老年根面龋患者76例,随机分为伢典治疗组38例,对照组38例,分别采用伢典(Carisolv)凝胶与传统牙钻去龋,去龋后两组均行FujilⅡ玻璃离子水门汀充填,记录患者在治疗过程中的疼痛程度,比较1年后的治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗1年后复查,成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者去龋治疗时的疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伢典(Carisolv)化学机械去龋法治疗老年人根面龋安全、有效,大大减少患者治疗过程中的疼痛和不适,可推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Carisolv on the treatment of the elders＇ root caries. Methods 76 elderly patients with root caries were randomly divided into two groups：Carisolv group had 38 cases and control group had 38 cases.Root carious lesions were removed with Carisolv or traditional drilling respectively.Both groups were filled with FujiⅡglass ionomer.The patients＇ painful perception during treatment was recorded and therapeutic efficacy after one year was compared.Results After one years followed ups,the success rate of root caries treatment for elderly patients between the two groups were not statistically significant（P 0.05）;The patients＇ painful perception during treatment was statistically significant between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusions Root caries removal with Carisolv is a safe,effective and favorable method to elderly patients,which can greatly decrease pain and discomfort for them in treatment, and is worthy to be recommended.
