摘  要:目的观察挥发性麻醉剂后处理对SH-SY5Y神经细胞缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法对SH-SY5Y神经细胞行1 h的氧糖剥夺和20 h的再灌注。在再灌注之初立即给予不同浓度的异氟烷、七氟烷或地氟烷进行后处理1 h。观察相应挥发性麻醉剂不同浓度组、氧糖剥夺组及对照组中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放水平。结果氧糖剥夺可以损伤SH-SY5Y神经细胞,在再灌注开始1h内给予挥发性麻醉剂后处理,可显著降低氧糖剥夺和再灌注导致的LDH释放。结论异氟烷、七氟烷和地氟烷3种常用的挥发性麻醉剂在SH-SY5Y神经细胞缺血再灌注损伤中具有后处理的保护作用。[Objective] To observe the effects of volatile anesthetic postconditioning on isehemia reperfusion induced SH-SY5Y nerve cell injury. [Methods] SH-SY5Y nerve ceil were subjected to a 1 h oxygenglucose deprivation (OGD) and a 20 h simulated reperfusion. Different concentrations of isoflurane, sevoflurane and desflurane were respectively given to cells immediately at the beginning of the simulated reperfusion for 1 h. We observed lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release of different groups. [Results ] OGD increased LDH release, suggesting that OGD induced cell injury. Post-treatment with volatile anesthetic in 1 h reducedethe OGD and simulated reperfusion-induced LDH release from SH-SY5Y. [Conclusion] We showed that isoflurane, sevoflurane and desflruane, three currently used volatile anesthetics, induced a postconditioning effect in SH-SY5Y nerve ceils.
