摘　　要：培训方案设计与优化是改善培训质量的源头。结合培训方案设计中存在的问题,对培训方案设计与优化的主要环节及需要关注的内容进行分析和说明。Design and optimization of training program is the origin of improving training quality.Combined with existing problems in design of training program,we analyzed and illustrated main links and content to be concerned of design and optimization of training program.
