摘　　要：引起往复式压缩机振动的原因较为复杂,解决较为困难,一直是影响石化企业设备平稳运行的主要原因之一。通过分析某石化企业具体的故障案例,从振动原理入手逐步深入分析,从而找到了引起振动的主要原因,通过制定专门解决方案有效地排除了机组故障,对于读者分析、解决同类故障有着较强的借鉴意义。This paper chooses specific fault cases in a petrochemical enterprise, then gradually makes deep analysis with vibration prificiple of analysis, and find the main cause of the vibration. The unit fault is solved through special solution, for readers analysis, which is instructive when solving similar problems.
