摘　　要：高校校园安全事件的发生不但影响学校正常的秩序,甚至会造成生命、财产的损失,所以对校园安全稳定工作进行过程化管理具有十分重要的意义。高校安全管理活动的输出是为师生正常的学习、生活和工作提供一个安定有序的环境。实现这一目标需要设计系统、透明的安全质量管理体系。过程方法是质量管理标准化体系的核心内容。高校安全管理需要准确识别过程、确定过程、管理过程、监测过程和改进过程,需将各种实现校园安全的活动和相关的资源作为过程进行管理,才会更高效地得到期望的结果。It＇s great significance to apply the process approach to manage the security activities, because campus security incidents not only affect the normal order of the school, but also cause the losses of life and property,. The aim of promoting security management activities in universities is to provide a harmony environment for studying, living and working. To achieve the goal, universities have to design a systematic and transparent security management system. The core of quality management is applying process approach. Security management in universities require accurate identification, determination, management, monitoring and improvement among the process. Also, universities need to manage various activities and related resources which are aimed at achieving the campus security. Only in this way can universities achieve the expected objective.
