摘　　要：伴随中国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,质量安全监管已在国民经济和社会发展中担负着越来越重要的作用。本文以我国目前的产品质量安全监管状况为基础,首先,介绍了质量技术监督的概念和特征,随之,阐述了产品质量监督的内容和质量检验的程序,最后,论述了质量安全监管在构建和谐社会中的重要性及加强产品质量监管的方式及意义。本文可为政府职能部门有效应对质量安全突发事件、维护社会和谐稳定、促进产品质量不断提高和行业健康发展提供理论指导。Quality and safety supervision continues to develop with China＇s socialistic market economy, and it has played an increasingly important role in the national economic and social development. Based on the present state of quality and safety supervision of products, the paper presents both concept and characteristics of quality and technique supervision, then describes the content and inspecting procedures of product quality supervision, and finally discusses the importance of quality and safety supervision in building harmonious society along with both method and significance of strengthening quality and safety supervision. It is expected that the paper could provide theoretical guidance in the efficient response of the government departments to security incidents, maintaining social stability, and promotion of the overall level of product quality and sustainable healthy development of industry.
