摘　　要：韩国现代汽车公司是韩国自主品牌汽车的代表,他对自主创新模式的选择有自己的特点,即能根据自己发展的实际情况,选取合适的自主创新模式。通过对韩国汽车企业自主创新模式的研究,能够发现韩国汽车企业自主创新模式主要为引进消化吸收再创新的模式,能够找出韩国汽车企业自主创新模式成功的关键因素。韩国汽车业发展的模式能为我国的汽车产业走自主创新型路线提供良好的启示。Hyundai Motor Corporation is the representative of Korea independent brand automobile enterprises.Hyundai Motor Corporation has the own characteristics of independent innovation pattern choice.Hyundai Motor Corporation can act according to the actual situation of self-development and select the appropriate pattern of independent innovation.Depending on the research of Korea auto industry＇s independent innovation mode,we can find that the independent innovation mode of Korea auto industry is the introduction,digestion,absorption and re-innovation of technology mode.And we can find the key factor of its success.The independent innovation mode of Korean auto industry has the very important model significance to China independent brand enterprises.
