微博时代的公众参与新模式——以郭美美事件为例

摘　　要："郭美美事件"形成新的公众参与模式:微博率先披露—网民围观和"人肉"—民间侦探搜索爆料—知识分子评论和引导—媒体记者调查核实—形成舆论压力—推动问题解决,微博成为公众参与主渠道,微博和论坛、博客协作掘密,但由于有关部门未能介入调查,真相迟迟未能公布,公众参与的效果有限,现阶段公众参与的意义主要体现在培养公众的参与意识和公共精神,壮大公民社会等方面。＂GuoMeimei＂ events form a new model of public participation ： the first disclosure of micro - blog - Interuet users onlookers and ＂ human flesh search＂ - private detective search and broke the news - intellectual comments and guidance - media correspondent investigation and verification - the formation of public pressure - to promote the issue solution, microblog become the main channel of public participation, micro - blog, forum and blog collaborate digging secret, but because of the authorities＇ failure to intervene in the investigation, result in the delay announced the truth, the effect of public participation is limited, the significance of public participation at this stage is mainly developing the public＇ s sense of participation and public spirit, strengthening civil society, and so on.
