P53基因治疗药联合中药治疗原发性肝癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察P53基因治疗药联合中药治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将40例原发性肝癌患者随机分为联合组20例和对照组20例。对照组给予速溶表柔比星+今又生处理,联合组在对照组的基础上加用中药艾迪注射液治疗。定期分析2组患者肿瘤标志物、肝功能恢复情况,并监视肝癌肺部转移病灶和肝内肿瘤个数及大小情况。结果联合组治疗6个月和1 a的甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原含量均低于对照组,肝功能好于对照组;治疗后1 a的肝内肿瘤个数和大小均好于对照组;治疗后1 a联合组Child-Pugh评分明显低于对照组。结论艾迪注射液联合今又生治疗原发性肝癌效果好,可增强P53基因治疗的效果。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of combination P53 gene therapy drug with traditional Chinese medicine on primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 40 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divid- ed into two groups ： combination group （ n = 20） and control group （ n = 20）. Control group was treated with epirubicin and recombinant humanAd - P53 injection. Combination group were treated with addie injection additionally on the basis of control group＇s treatment. Routine analysis was made on postoperative tumor markers, liver function and the recovery of liver cancer and the situation of liver metastasis to lung. Results The AFP and CEA levels of combination group were lower than that of control group on 6 and 1 year after treatment. Meanwhile, liver function of combination group was better than that of control group. Both intrahepatic tumor amount and size of combination group were better than that of control Group on 1 year after treatment. The Child - Pugh score of combination group was obviously lower than that of control group in one year after treat- ment. Conclusion The combination of addie injection and Jinyousheng shows a superior effect on primary hepatocellular carci- noma, which can enhance the effect of P53gene therapy.
