摘 要:分析了某电厂锅炉烟气CO2捕集系统腐蚀的原因,并有针对性的进行了缓蚀剂研发试验。以TP304、16MnR为对象,通过静态挂片法初步选取了几种性能较优的缓蚀剂单体进行复配。复合缓蚀剂经进一步筛选后,于高温反应釜中模拟CO2捕集系统解析塔环境进行了旋转挂片腐蚀试验,筛选出的缓蚀剂对16MnR及TP304的腐蚀速率分别为0.067 6mm/a和0.002 8mm/a,缓蚀效果显著。The causes leading to corrosion in CO2-capturing system of flue gas from boilers in one power plant have been analysed,and a test for developing inhibitors aimed directly at the said corrosion being carried out.Taking TP304 and 16MnR as objects,several single inhibitors with better performance have been selected by using static hanging pieces to carry out recombination of said single inhibitors.After further screening the recombined inhibitors,the environment in decomposition tower of the CO2-capturing system has been simulated in one high-temperature reaction cauldron,the selected inhibitors in test for 16MnR and TP304,the corrosion rate of them is 0.067 6 mm/a and 0.002 8 mm/a respectively,the effectiveness of inhibition being remarkable.
