Vitapex糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂做乳牙根管充填的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较Vitapex糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂作为乳牙根管充填的临床疗效。方法选取2008年6月至2010年6月就诊于我院口腔科的120例134颗乳牙根尖周炎的病例,随机分成A、B两组。A组用Vitapex糊剂,B组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂作根管充填。术后分别观察两周、1个月、3个月,并比较其疗效。结果术后两周,A组成功率明显高于B组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1个月、3个月,A、B两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂是较好的乳牙根管充填材料,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical effect of Vitapex paste and Zinc oxide eugenol （ZOE） iodoform paste used for root canal filling of primary teeth. Methods A total of 120 patients （134 teeth） who needed root canal filling in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. Groups A was treated with Vitapex paste, while groups B was treated with ZOE iodoform paste. The patients were followed up and observed for clinical efficacy two weeks, one month and three months after treatment. Results Two weeks after treatment, the success rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B （P〈0.05）. One month and three months after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Vitapex paste is a good choice for root canal filling of primary teeth, which should be used widely in clinic.
