摘  要:目的探讨信息化管理模式在眼科手术患者中的应用。方法选择我院2009年2月至2010年12月自建成信息化管理系统以来收治眼科手术患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例按常规眼科手术治疗,观察组40例行信息化管理模式。对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果运用该系统对眼科手术患者的资料搜集内容全面,并可实现区域资源的共享,即时传输手术信息,提高了临床护理的工作效率,节约了医院成本,为手术赢得更多的宝贵时间,提高治愈率,增加了患者满意度,P<0.05,但同时减少了医护患之间交流,使患者入室精神状态欠佳,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论信息化管理模式真正实现了眼科手术患者临床资料的信息化管理,有效提高了临床手术室护理效率及护理质量,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the information management model in the application of eye surgery patients. Methods Eighty cases performed eye surgery from February 2009 to December 2010 after the establishment of information management system were randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases in control group managed with the normal eye surgery, and 40 cases in the observation group with routine information management mode. Clinical data in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results Clinical data of eye surgery patients used with the system were collected comprehensively, and achieved a regional sharing of resources, such as instant transmission operation information. So, the efficiency of clinical care, cost-savings to the hospital, the cure rate and satisfaction rate of patient were improved significantly, P〈0.05, while reducing the chance of communication among doctors, nurses and patients, but with no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Information management can improve the efficiency of clinical care, quality of care, and improve patient satisfaction.
