社会转型期中国体育职业教育的发展趋向研究

摘　　要：教育转型是社会转型的必要内容和重要条件,随着体育事业的发展,体育职业教育的重要作用已被社会所认知。教育理念模糊、办学主体与生源结构特殊、法律法规文件失效、危机凸显、体育职业教育体系失衡是当前我国体育职业教育的主要特征。而依据大的宏观背景,体育职业教育将朝着:教育体系从单一走向多元、供给与需求进一步走向市场化、教育形式从独立走向融合、人才培养走向人文化与高移化、师资队伍进一步"双师"化、法制保障走向系统化方向发展。Education transformation is a necessary element and an important condition of social transformation.With the development of sports,the important role of the sport vocational education has been perceived by society.Fuzzy concept of education,school subjects and students＇ special structure,the highlights failure crisis of the legal documents,the imbalance of the sport vocational education system are the main features of the sport vocational education in the current.In the big macro background,the sport vocational education will be moving in： the education system from single to multiple,further to the market of supply and demand,the form of education from an independent to integration,the culture and the high-shift of the personnel training,teaching staff are further to ＂ double ＂,and the development of the legal protection is the systematic.
