中外合作办学二级学院体育教学现状与改革趋势研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对我国中外合作办学二级学院体育教学文档、教学实施、教学主体、教学主导、教学环境等方面进行调查研究。针对出现的问题,研究认为中外合作二级学院要充分利用自主灵活的办学体制,挖掘自身潜能,加强和完善体育教学管理制度和宏观调控;制定优惠政策,引进人才,构建一支专业教师、外聘教师、外籍教师相结合的高素质师资队伍;改善体育教学环境,教学投资以举办者为主,以国家和合作者为辅;引进国外先进教育理念,构建以健身、娱乐为主的开放型体育教学模式,实施双语教学。By the means of literature,questionnaires and interviews with experts,we investigated the sino-foreign investment associate college in aspects of education documents,teaching practice,teaching subjects,teaching leading and teaching environment.For problems,the research suggests that sino-foreign cooperative college should take advantage of its autonomy and flexibility to tap their own potential,to strengthen and improve the physical education＇s foundation and macro-control management system;to formulate preferential policies to attract talents,to build up a professional,external and foreign teacher team.Try to improve the teaching environment and take the tuition-based,supplemented by the state investment road.Try to fetch in foreign advanced educational concepts and construct fitness,entertainment-oriented opening P.E.teaching mode.Try to achieve bilingual teaching.
