摘　　要：目的:检测nm23与E-Cad蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中的表达,探讨两者的表达与BUC生物学行为的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例BUC和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中nm23与E-Cad蛋白的表达。结果:对照组10例正常膀胱黏膜nm23与E-Cad阳性表达率分别为80%、100%,BUC组中nm23与E-Cad阳性表达率降低,分别为45%、43.3%,癌组织中nm23与E-Cad阳性表达率显著低于正常膀胱黏膜(P<0.01);BUC不同分级、分期、初发与复发癌组织间nm23与E-Cad表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),G3比G1+G2表达低,浸润性BUC比浅表性BUC表达低,复发BUC比初发BUC表达低;多发BUC比单发BUCE-Cad表达低;nm23表达在单发与多发BUC之间未见显著性差异;E-Cad和nm23的表达在癌组织中呈正相关(r=0.528,P<0.05)。结论:nm23表达降低与E-Cad蛋白异常表达与BUC病理分级、浸润及复发关系密切,nm23与E-Cad蛋白可以作为判定BUC恶性程度及复发等生物学行为的参考指标。Objective： To investigate the correlation of the expressions of nm23 and E-Cad with the clinicopathologic characteristics in uroepithelium carcinoma of bladder （BUC）. Methods： The Sxpression of nm23 and E-Cad proteins was detected in 10 normal bladder tissues and 60 BUC tissues with striptavidin-biotin peroxidase （SP） method. Results： The positive rate of these two expression products in 10 normal bladder tissues were as follows： 80%, 100%; The positive ex- pressions of nm23 and E-Cad protein in BUC tissues were 45% and 43.3% respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the normal bladder tissues （P〈0.01）. Abnormal expression of nm23 and E-cad was significantly correlated with grade and stage of BUC （P〈0.05）; The differences were statistically significant between initial tumor with recurrent tu- mor and solitary tumor with muhifocal tumor （P〈0.05）; The expression of nm23 was not statistically significant between solitary tumor with multifocal tumor （P〉0.05）. There was a positive relation between expression of E-cad and nm23 （r= 0.528, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The positive expressions of nm23 and E-Cad are closely related to the pathology, invasion and recurrence of the cancer, nm23 and E-Cad may be used as referrence for assessing the malignancy and recurrence of BUC.
