摘　　要：针对我国高校贵重仪器设备开放共享率低、使用机时难以统计等问题,在大型仪器设备管理中引入终端监控系统——IC卡管理系统。该系统通过监控设备的开机软件,实现了高校教学科研仪器设备远程监控和网络化管理,满足了信息采集的实时性和快速性,实现了大型仪器设备的专管共用,并给全校师生及校外科研人员提供了查询信息的平台。This paper discusses the shortage of low sharing rate and the difficulty on statistical analysis of valuble instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,developes terminal monitoring system in management of large-scale instruments and equipment.Through monitoring the bunch launch,all information from instruments and equipment was monitored rapidly in real time;all instruments and equipment can be monitored remotely and managed on network;using sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment was achieved;the information of the instruments and equipment could be queried on Web by all the teachers,students and others.
