摘　　要：结合徐州工业职业技术学院建设生产性创业型实训工厂的经验,提出当前高职院校生产性实训工厂建设应该科学布局、多方共赢合作。工厂采用双主体管理,赋予生产性工厂创业教育功能,推进实训工厂"5S"管理,培养学生良好的专业素养。Based on the experience of constructing manufacturing enterprise-type training factory in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology,new construction mode of high vocational college manufacturing training factory is proposed.Training factory should be scientific layout and aiming at win-win cooperation of the college and enterprises;double-subject management should be adopted in training factrory to put enterpriseship eduction into practice;＂5S＂ management should be promoted in training factory to cultivate students good professional responsibility.
