摘　　要：分析了新时期高校实验室安全管理遇到的困难和挑战,介绍了山东农业大学根据实验室建设管理中出现的新情况、新问题,以确保实验室安全运行为目的,改革实验室安全管理体制、机制,推出一系列加强实验室安全管理的新措施、新办法,并总结了实验室安全管理取得的成效。This article analyses the difficulties and challenges which the university laboratory safety management has been confronted with during the new period.According to the new questing of the laboratory safety managements,it introduces that the Shandong Agricultural University has issued a series of new measures and ideas in order to ensure the laboratory safety operating and reform the systems and mechanisms of laboratory safety management.Finally,it concludes the effectiveness which the laboratory safety management has made.
