“阳光体育”背景下普通高校体育新格局的构建

摘　　要：通过文献资料分析,结合当前高校体育格局特征以及阳光体育运动下学校体育内容与要求,构建普通高校学校体育新格局,认为需要加强部门间协作,营造阳光体育运动良好氛围,对学校资源进行整合与统一调配。淡化《国家学生体质健康标准》的数据,重视其反馈作用,在体育教学中重视和加强健康第一思想培养与健康理论学习。In the method of documents,the paper focuses on the construction of the new pattern of common university physical exercise by combining the characteristics of the pattern of university physical exercise nowadays with the content and requirements of university physical exercise influenced by sunshine sports program.The author holds that the departments in universities should cooperate with each other,good atmosphere of sunshine sports should be built and the resources should be integrated and allocated.At last,the author suggests that universities should attach importance to its feedback instead of the data of The National Evaluation Standards for Undergraduate Physical Fitness and further study of theories on fitness and foster fitness-oriented idea of students in physical exercise teaching.
