藿香正气滴丸治疗急性胃炎外邪犯胃型多中心临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察藿香正气滴丸治疗急性胃炎外邪犯胃型疗效,初步评价藿香正气滴丸用药时效关系。[方法]以藿香正气滴丸为试验组,119例,以不含乙醇的液体制剂为对照组,118例。两组分别服用观察药物及对应的模拟剂1周,于3、7 d观察胃脘疼痛、恶心呕吐、腹泻、发热、嗳气、纳呆等症状疗效,并行安全性指标检测。[结果]不同剂型藿香正气制剂均有较好疗效,治疗3 d藿香正气滴丸疗效明显优于口服液,藿香正气滴丸对改善中医证候总积分,腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐、嗳气等症状的改善程度优于口服液;两组的降温退热,止泻作用相当。未发现不良反应。[结论]藿香正气方剂治疗急性胃炎有肯定疗效,藿香正气滴丸3 d疗效明显优于口服液,藿香正气滴丸与液体剂型相比具有起效快、服用方便等优势。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi dripping pill on acute gastritis with affection by external pathogenic factors.[Methods] Two hundreds and thirty-seven cases of acute gastritis were observed,treating with Huoxiang Zhengqi dripping pill（trial group,119 cases） and plasebo（118 cases） for 1 week respectively.The symptoms,such as abdominal distension,stomachache,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,fever,belch,poor appetite at 3rd day and 7th day in period of treatment were observed,and the safety index was also detected at the end of the study.[Results] The results showed that Huoxiang Zhengqi dripping pill had good curative effect at 3rd day after treatment,it was better than oral liquid form significantly.In the improvement of total score of syndromes,symptoms,such as abdominal distension and stomachache,nausea and vomiting,the belch,dropping pill was better than oral liquid;The effect of fever-lowering checking diarrhea in each group was similar.It had no adverse reactions.[Conclusion] The curative effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi prescriptions on acute gastritis are definite.Huoxian Zhengqi Diwan at the 3rd day is better than liquid form obviously.Compared with liquid form,Huoxiang Zhengqi Diwan has the advantages of fast effect-acting and convenience for use.
