摘  要:当前大学实行专业教育,过分注重学生外在的知识技能的培养,忽视了内在的"心情德性"修炼,使得大学生存在重利不重义,学历与修养相脱节,甚至犯罪事件频发等倾向。"心情德性"的修炼不仅靠"教",也要靠"化"。为了能够扭转大学道德教育弱化的趋势,应该增加人文课程比重,融"道"、"艺"为一;提高教师个人素养,形成"人师"意识;切实实行书院教育,营造良好的化人之"气"。Presently, college education emphasizes more external knowledge and skills than inner moral cultivation. As a result, college students care more about profits instead ot moral principles, so their moral cultivation is left far behind their educational record. The weakening of morality even leads to constant crimes. In order to reverse the moral weakening tendency, some counter measures are thereby put forwards: courses of humanity should be proportionally increased so that knowledge and morality can be combined; teachers should increase their own self-cultivation so as to keep the awareness of being a teacher in mind; academic education should be put into practice so as to create an atmosphere for moral cultivation.
