浅谈性格因素对图书馆管理的影响

摘　　要：不论是传统的图书馆还是数字化的图书馆，图书馆管理工作大部分都是通过工作人员来完成的，本文只探讨四种基本的性格特征在图书馆管理工作中的影响，以期给业内同仁一个新的思路，从而推动图书馆事业的发展。Whether the traditional library or a digital library, the library management work is mostly through the staff to fmish,this paper discussed only four basic characteristics of the character of the influence of work in library management, so as to give the friends in a new train of thought, so as to promote the development of library cause.
