摘　　要：农民成人教育是推动农民流动有序发展的重要动力,农民流动的演化趋势是农民成人教育变革的客观基础。当前,农民流动呈现出规模减幅化、去向技能化、主体分层化、功能生态化、方式信息化、动机多维化等多元化发展趋势。这些趋势隐喻着农民成人教育的六个转向,即教育理念从补差转向普惠,教育指向从知识转向技能,教育方式从讲习转向参与,教育内容从普识转向特色,教育时效从短暂转向持续,教育目标从生存转向发展。The peasant adult education is the important driving force to promote the ordered development of peasant mobility. The evolutionary trend of peasant mobility is the objective basis of reforming adult education. At present, the peasant mobility has presented diversified tendencies, such as the reduction of mobility scale, the skillful direction, the stratification of mobility principal part, the ecological function, the informational methods and the multi -dimensional motivation. These trends imply that there are six trans- formations taking part in peasant adult education. That＇ s to say, the education ideas will shift from narrow benefit to public benefit, the point will shift from knowledge to skill, the ways will shift from teaching to participation, the content will shift from general knowl- edge to specific knowledge, the effective time will shift from short - term to continuance, the goal will shift from survival to develop ment.
