重视教师素质选拔的入学考试PGCE——以英国华威大学为例

摘　　要：英国除了十分注重职前教师教学实践技能的培养与训练,严格而富有弹性的教师选拔入学考试也独具一格,其中重视教师自身的人格素质、对教师职业的热爱以及对教学的创新非常值得我们借鉴。本文以英国华威大学PGC E入学考试为例,介绍英国选拔教师的条件、入学考试的程序、内容以及所隐含的理念,希望对我国师范院校教师选拔提供一些参考。Apart from focusing on ore-service teaching skill training, the UK has adopted a series of strict and flexible entrance examination systems in selecting teacher candidates. In the process of the examination, the UK pays special attention to the teacher candidate＇s personal quality, the passion in the teacher profession, and the creative ideas in teaching. This paper, by taking the example of Warwick university PGCE entrance examination, introduces the indispensable conditions, procedures and the content before coming into PGCE. Some implied concepts are drawn in the hope of us to obtain inspiration on how to select teachers in Normal university.
