摘　　要：目的探讨CD133在局部晚期食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC）患者组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法对136例局部晚期ESCC患者进行临床资料登记，采用免疫组织化学方法检测其肿瘤组织中CD133的表达，随访至2010年12月，探讨CD133的表达及其与ESCC患者预后的关系。结果局部晚期ESCC患者组织中CD133阳性者5年生存率较阴性者低（14．29％比38．10％，P〈0．05），其接受新辅助性及辅助性化放疗后，5年生存率无明显提高（18．00％比20．00％-40．00％，P〉0．05）。结论局部晚期ESCC患者组织中CD133的表达与ESCC患者的生存率及化放疗疗效有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD133 in the tissue of lo- cally advanced esophagus squamous cell cancer （ESCC） patients. Methods Tissues of 136 cases of local- ly advanced ESCC were tested immunohistologically. The clinical data were registed and followed up until December 2010. The expression of CD133 in the tissue of locally advanced ESCC patients and its signifi- cance were analyzed. Results The 5-year survival rate in patients positive for CD133 was lower than in those negative for CD133 （ 14. 29% vs 38. 10% ,P 〈0. 05）. After neoadjuvent chemoradiotherapy and ad- juvent chemoradiotherapy, 5-year survival rate in patients positive for CD133 was not increased significantly （18.00% vs 20.00%-40.00% ,P〉0.05）. Conclusion CD133 expression in the tissues of locally ad- vanced ESCC patients is related to the survival rate and the effectiveness of chemotherapy.
