摘　　要：浙江国际海运职业技术学院校训“德行四海”内涵丰富。校训精神在学校办学工作中起到规范办学行为，积累办学财富，鼓励创新办学等作用。校训精神建设是一项系统工程，由树立核心价值，物质文化建设，行为文化建设、制度文化建设等环节组成。The motto of Zhejiang International Maritime College, ＂Virtue Spreading Everywhere＂ has a rich connotation. The motto plays an important role to regulate the education behavior, accumulate managerial wealth and encourage innovation. The development of the motto is a systematic project, which is made up of core value, material culture, behavior culture, system culture construction etc.
