摘　　要：目的探讨BCSG1与survivin蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌中表达的临床意义及其相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测随访5年的61例浸润性乳腺癌组织中的BCSG1与survivin蛋白表达情况。结果 61例浸润性乳腺癌中BCSG1与survivin蛋白表达均显著高于正常乳腺组织(4.07±1.88 vs 1.00±0.13;1.14±0.55 vs 1.00±0.06,P<0.05),且二者呈直线相关关系(r=0.696,P<0.05;直线方程为BCSG1=3.34×survivin)。结论①BCSG1蛋白在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起着一定的作用。②在浸润性乳腺癌中BCSG1、survivin的蛋白表达存在着明显的相关性。[Objective]To investigate the clinical significance and the correlation of BCSG1 and survivin expressed in invasive breast cancer.[Methods]The expression of BSCG1 and survivin in invasive breast cancer tissues of 61 cases which were followed up 5 years was quantitatively analyzed with flow cytometry.[Results]The results of FCM showed that the expression of BCSG1 and survivin in invasive breast cancer tissues（4.07±1.88 and 1.14±0.55） were all significantly higher than that of normal control（1.00±0.13 and 1.00±0.06）,P〈0.05.Positive correlation could be found between the expression of BCSG1 and survivin（r =0.696,P〈0.05;BCSG1=3.34×survivin）.[Conclusion]①BCSG1 may play a positive role in the happening and development of breast cancer.②There is a noticeable correlation between the expression of BCSG1 and survivin in invasive breast cancer.
