摘  要:目的观察安静清醒状态下正常成人脑电活动在振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)中的变化特点,初步建立参考值范围。方法经筛查后纳入成人志愿者60名,男性31名,女性29名,平均年龄(39.91±1.27)岁;在安静清醒状态下采用8通道中央导联的记录方式对被检查者进行额叶、颞叶、顶叶、枕叶皮层脑电活动aEEG检测,每次监测时间30 min,各导联同步采集20例坐标数据进行定量分析。结果安静闭目清醒状态下,正常成人aEEG中额、颞、顶、枕四部位之间存在系统性差异,P<0.001;左右同名部位之间对比,P>0.05,差别无统计学意义;男女性别之间对比,P>0.05,差别无统计学意义;睁眼后,除额部记录导联外,颞、顶、枕部导联波形明显降低,比率分别为95%、93.3%和90%。安静闭目状态下两枕部相对频带功率谱以α频带功率为主,β、θ和δ频带功率比例均较低。结论正常成人aEEG不同部位之间的特点存在统计学差异,各部位参考值范围为aEEG在临床脑功能监护中的应用提供依据;相对频带功率观察可以迅速识别脑电活动变化,对aEEG判断有一定辅助作用。[Objective] The research is designed to observe the change of normal adult brain activity in quiet and sober state, and make out the medieal reference range of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography (aEEG) used for normal adult brain function monitoring. [Methods] There are sixty volunteers including 31 males and 29 females, and the average age is 39.91±1.27. They are 'all monitored by the aEEG for detecting the cortex activity of frontal, temporal, parietal and occipital lobe in the mode of eight-center-channel, which is going on in quiet and sober state. It takes 30 minutes each time. We choose 20 coordinated data of every channel simultaneously for quantitative analysis. [ Results ] In the special condition, the changes of the different regions of adult brain have significant difference in statistics, in which the value of P 〈0.001. There are no significant difference between the left and the right side of the brain and different genders, in which both of the value of P 〉0.05. After opening the eyes, the waveform is lower than that in the state of closing eyes, especially in temporal, parietal and occipital lobe, and the ratio is 95%, 93.3% and 90%. The main relative frequency power in occipital lobe is Alpha, others frequency power, including Beta, Theta and Delta, are very lower than Alpha. [Conclusion] There are significant differences in statistics between the different regions of adult brain, and the medical reference range can provide data for the aEEG used in clinical adult cerebral function monitoring. The relative frequency power can help identify the change of the brain activity rapidly, which is benefit for the analysis of the aEEG.
