偶然分支杆菌臀部感染62例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察偶然分支杆菌爆发臀部感染临床特点。方法对2009年9月～2010年7月间收治的62例偶然分支杆菌臀部感染患者进行回顾性分析。方法 62例均有未经规范消毒注射器注射史,本组患者平均年龄38.2岁,男:女为1∶4.1,平均发病时间为(68±28.5)d,62例患者共计78处感染灶。所有患者均采用病灶或窦道切除、切开引流、敏感抗生素及抗结核药物治疗,全部患者均临床治愈。结论肌注后群体发病的偶然分支杆菌感染,潜伏期长,症状不典型,对多种抗菌药物耐药,治疗困难。[ Objective ] To study the characteristics of the buttocks infection caused by M.fortuitum. [ Methods ] Retrospective analysis the 62 cases of buttocks infections caused by M. fortuitum from September 2009 to July 2010. [Results] All of 62 cases have injected history by injector which with no-Standard disinfection. The average age of 62 cases is 38：32 years old, the ratio of male to female is 1：4.1; and the average length of illness is （68-＋28.5） days. The 62 eases have 78 lesions. All the cases are treated with ectomized focus of infection sinus.tract incision and drainage,antibiotics which the bacteria are sensitive to and the anti-tubcrculotic chemotherapy. All the cases are discharged cured. [Conclusion] The infection of colony after injected by M. fortuitum, which stage of latency is long,symptom is not typical,drug fast for multi-kinds anti-bacterial, and the therapeutic is difficult.
