摘　　要：目的探讨TACE在治疗椎体转移瘤疼痛中的价值。方法应用介入微创技术对8例椎体转移瘤引起剧烈疼痛患者经腰动脉、肋间动脉等肿瘤供养血管插管行TACE治疗。随访术后病情变化及疼痛缓解情况。结果治疗后肿瘤生长得以抑制,疼痛症状明显缓解或减轻。应用视觉模拟评分及止痛药用量同时评估,疼痛缓解有效率分别达87.50%(7/8)和75.00%(6/8)。结论腰动脉和肋间动脉等供血血管TACE能有效缓解椎体转移瘤引起的剧烈疼痛,控制肿瘤发展,可作为一种姑息治疗椎体转移瘤的方法。Objective To assess the clinical value of TACE in treatment of cancerous pain caused by vertebral metastases.Methods Eight patients with severe pain caused by vertebral metastases underwent selective parent vascular TACE through lumbar or intercortal arterial approach.Follow-up of the relief of symptoms and pain after operation was carried out.Results The inhibition of tumor growth and the obviously symptoms relief were obtained.The efficiency rate for pain-relief was 87.50%（7/8）and 75.00%（6/8）respectively by visual analog scale and the dose of analgesic medications.Conclusion TACE can effectively relieve the cancerous pain caused by vertebral metastases and obtain a tumoral response,so it can serve as a palliative treatment for vertebral metastases.
