摘　　要：目的:总结microRNA在淋巴瘤发病机制中的研究进展。方法:应用CNKI期刊全文数据库系统,以"microRNA和淋巴瘤"为关键词,检索2004-2011年文献,共检索到英文文献306篇;纳入标准:1)MicroRNA的一般特性;2)MicroRNA与非霍奇金淋巴瘤发生、发展的关系;3)Mi-croRNA与霍奇金淋巴瘤发生、发展的关系;根据纳入标准符合分析的文献37篇。结果:MicroRNA在淋巴瘤组织和正常组织中存在差异性表达,既具有抑癌基因的作用,亦可发挥癌基因的作用,参与淋巴瘤细胞的分化、增殖和凋亡,并呈现出MicroR-NA介导的网络性调控。结论:MicroRNA在淋巴瘤的发病机制中具有重要作用,有可能为淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗带来新的思路。OBJECTIVE：To review the importance of MiRNAs in the pathogenesis of lymphoma.METHODS：＂ MicroRNA AND lymphoma ＂ was searched as key wordsby CNKI full text database.Totally 306papers were obtained from 2004to 2011.Inclusion criteria,1） general characteristic of miRNA;2） relationship of miRNA with non-Hodgkins lymphoma;3） relationship of miRNA with Hodgkins lymphoma.According to the inclusion criteria,37 papers were selected and analyzed.RESULTS：MicroRNAs（miRNAs） are recently discovered small non-coding RNA molecules.Accumulating data demonstrated that miRNAs played crucial roles in the pathogenesis of lymphoma.MiRNAs are believed to play a critical role in lymphoma including cellular proliferation,maturation and apoptosis,and exerted a crosstalk network in the pathogenesis of lymphoma.CONCLUSIONS：MiRNAs play crucial roles in the pathogenesis of lymphoma.Successive study on the effect of miRNAs on lymphoma is essential for providing clues to develop novel diagnostic and clinical therapies against lymphoma.
