摘 要:目的探讨自动乳腺全容积扫查(ABVS)系统检查乳腺肿瘤的声像图特征及其对诊断乳腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法通过Acuson S2000的ABVS系统对60例乳腺肿瘤患者双侧乳腺进行扫查,获得整个乳腺横切面图像的基本数据,系统自动进行三维重建,同步获得乳腺的矢状面和冠状面图像,对比常规超声检查结果,并与术后病理进行对照,以评价ABVS系统对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。结果 ABVS系统扫查示乳腺癌冠状切面"汇聚征"的出现率为82.1%,<2.0cm乳腺癌冠状切面"汇聚征"的出现率为86.7%,"汇聚征"对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的灵敏度为82.1%,特异度为90.9%,准确度为86.1%。结论 ABVS系统作为超声检查的一种新途径,提高了超声对乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断的准确度,为临床提供了更加完整、准确的诊断信息。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of automate breast Volume scanning (ABVS) in detection of breast tumors and its sonogram features. Methods Sixty patients were scanned with Acuson S2000 ABVS system . The scanning data were stored and automatically reconstructed, including saggittal and coronal image. At the same time all the patients accepted conventional ultrasound scanning. The results were compared with post-operative pathological results. Results The occurrence rate of the sign of breast cancer on the coronal plane, named "converge symptom" was 82. 1% and 86. 7% ( 〈2.0 cm) . The sensitivity of the "converge symptom" in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors was 82. 1%, the specificity was 90. 9% , and the accuracy was 86. 1%. Conclusion ABVS system as a new approach for breast imaging, it can improve the accuracy in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors, and it provides more information for the planning of surgical interventions.
