摘 要:半履带气垫车是用于软湿路面运输的特种车辆,对其气垫系统的研究对提高此车辆的性能具有重要意义。在气垫系统设计过程中需要对风机转速、等效飞高、静压转换率等参数进行测量,为解决部分参数难以测量的问题,提出半履带气垫车气垫系统中各参数之间关系的求解方法。在自行设计的半履带气垫车原理样机上进行气垫力试验,得到气道特性曲线及气垫力和悬架弹簧的变形关系。通过相应的流体力学仿真,分析气垫系统中风机转速与等效飞高之间的关系及其对静压转换率的影响;通过进一步建立气垫系统的垂向刚度弹性模型,对等效飞高和气垫系统的垂向等效弹簧刚度等参数之间的关系进行分析。此结果为带气垫系统的车辆的设计提供了参考。The semi-track air-cushion vehicle(STACV) is a kind of off-road vehicle used for transportation in soft or wet terrain.It is of great significance to study the air-cushion system for improving the performance of the STACV.During the design process of the air-cushion system,the related parameters,such as fan rotational speed,equivalent clearance height,static air-cushion pressure convert ratio,etc.,should be measured.In order to solve the problem that some parameters of air-cushion system are difficult to measure,the solving method for acquiring the relationships among the parameters of the air-cushion system is proposed.The air-cushion force test is carried out based on the self designed STACV prototype,from which the air passage characteristic curve,the relationship between air cushion force and suspension spring deformation are acquired;By using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation,the relationship between fan rotational speed and equivalent clearance height,the influence of equivalent clearance height to static air-cushion pressure convert ratio are analyzed;furthermore,by establishing the heave stiffness model of air-cushion system,the relationships between equivalent clearance height and stiffness parameters,such as equivalent vertical spring stiffness,etc.,are analyzed.The results provide reference for the design of vehicle with air-cushion system.
