摘　　要：培养学生进入职场的就业能力及职业生涯规划能力是高职教育的重要内容之一。进行生涯规划教育,首先应引导学生加深对自我的了解,了解个人发展的外部环境,训练学生分析和评估信息的能力以及综合抉择的能力,提前做好个人生涯的技能盘点,让学生对自身学习风格、学习型态及适合就业的职场方向进行初步的评估,在此基础上进行生涯规划并具体落实。Cultivating students＇ employability and career planning ability is one of important contents of higher vocational education, and its importance has been identified by workers of higher vocational education. Proceeding career planning ed- ucation should firstly guide students to deepen the understanding to themselves, understand outside environment of individ- ual development, train students＇ abilities of analyzing and assessing information and their ability to comprehensively choose, complete skills inventory of individual career in advance, and make students assess preliminarily their own learn- ing style, learning patterns and the direction of workplace adapting to employment, while on the base to make career plan- ning and to implement it, which mainly include self-assessment, establishing objective, environmental assessment, vocation orientation, implementing strategy, assessment and feedback, etc.
