摘　　要：根据最新的统计数据,鄱阳湖生态经济区高新技术产业基本形成以新材料与光机电一体化、电子与信息、生物与医药为主的产业集群,但收入超亿元的企业只有80家,规模企业相对较少;企业的自主创新能力不断增强,但低碳与生态特色的企业偏少,技术主要还是依赖进口。为促进鄱阳湖生态经济区高新企业进一步发展,本文最后提出了大力提升鄱阳湖生态经济区科技创新水平、着力培育一批具有低碳生态特色的高新技术龙头企业、加强政府的宏观引导、提升鄱阳湖生态经济区高新技术产业各项发展政策的支持力度等对策建议。The latest statistical data indicate that new materials and optic-electric-mechanical integration,electronics and information,biological project,and medicine and other industrial cluster are basically shaped in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,but there are just eighty enterprises whose revenues exceed a hundred million REM,and relatively fewer enterprise above the scale.Although independent innovation ability of enterprise ahs been continuously strengthened,the number of RD staff has rapidly risen,and the rate of annual growth of patents is more than fifty percent,the overall scale of the enterprises remains smaller,and the low carbon and eco-idiomatical enterprises are fewer,and technical progress is mainly dependent on export.In order to promote the further development of high-tech enterprises,at last this paper presented suggestions that making great efforts to enhance scientific and technical innovation;focusing on fostering a batch of low-carbon and eco-idiomatical high-tech leading enterprises;strengthening the government＇s macroscopic guidance and enhancing effect of the policies for development of supporting high-tech industry in the regions.
