摘  要:目的:研究β-环糊精(β-CD)对复方鱼腥草颗粒中连翘挥发油的包合工艺。方法:以β-CD与挥发油的配比、包合时间、包合温度、加水量为考察因素,以挥发油收得率和包合率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:优选的工艺为挥发油与β-CD的比为10mL∶80g、包合时间为4h、包合温度为60℃、加水量为β-CD的8倍。结论:所选工艺简单、可行,可有效地防止挥发油有效成分的散失。OBJECTIVE: To study the inclusion technology for the essential oil of Forsythia suspensa in Compound yuxingcao granules using β-cyclodextrin. METHODS: The inclusion technology was optimized with ratio of β-CD to oil, inclusion time, inclusion temperature and ratio of water to β-CD as factors using the yield of essential oil and clathration percentage as index. RESULTS: The optimal condition: ratio of essential oil to β-CD was 10 mL:80 g; the process lasted for 4 hours at 60 ℃; 8 times of water respect to β-cyclodextrin was added. CONCLUSION: The technology is proved to be simple, feasible and effective to the dissipation of avoid active gradients from essential oil.
