社区心理健康服务现状评价问卷的编制

摘　　要：在研析现有文献的基础上,通过访谈、开放式问卷等,编制社区心理健康服务现状评价问卷。经项目分析、探索性因素分析之后形成最终问卷,包括服务资源、服务措施与服务效果三个维度,共30个题目。经检验,具有良好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学要求,可供社区心理健康服务现状评价的有关研究和实践使用。O n the basis of reviewing the previous literatures, we combined in depth interviews and opern questionaire, and then developed the Questionaire of Evaluation about Community Mental Health Service. Then the data was processed by Item Analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis （EFA）. EFA showed that the questionaire included three dimensions： the resource of service, the mesures of service, the effect of service, totally 30 items. The reliability of each dimensions was well. The validity and reliability of the Questionaire of Evaluation about Community Mental Health Service are satisfactory, which meets the needs of psychometrics, and can be used in future research on community mental health service.
