摘 要:对采用 C- dump拓扑结构作为变换器的无刷直流电机调速系统进行了系统的研究。分析了正转、反转及电动、制动运行的原理和控制逻辑 ,介绍了 C- dump变换器主要参数的设计步骤。为了实现无转速传感器的转速闭环控制 ,文中详细介绍了通过检测电机关断相反电势获取转速反馈的方法。实验结果表明 。The brushless direct current motor speeding system based on a novel type converter——C dump converter is systematically studied. Because the topology of C dump converter is different from the conventional three phase H bridge converter, the principle and the control scheme of the system are discussed, including motor operation and regenerative operation modes in both directions. Design considerations for some key parameters of C dump converter are too given. Moreover, to achieve the current speed double loop control without a speed sensor, this paper presents the method of obtaining the speed feedback by detecting the electromagnetic force(EMF)in the non conducting phases. Exact speed feedback enables system to work normally. And the experimental results confirm the four quadrant operation and the excellent operation characteristics of the system.[KH3/4D]
