摘 要:目的探讨分层次技能大赛对提升护理人员综合技能的作用。方法根据护理人员不同的技术成长期,分别设定符合各技术成长阶段和岗位需求的大赛内容。比较实施分层次技能大赛前后基础护理质量评分、理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩。结果实施分层次技能大赛后,医院基础护理质量评分及护士理论考试、操作考试成绩显著提高(均P<0.01)。结论分层次技能大赛内容体系具有模块化、组合型、递进式的特点,强化了护理人员自我培训意识,可有效提升护理人员综合技能,提高基础护理质量。Objective To discuss the training effect of layered skill competition for nurses. Methods Different competition contents, which fitted with requirements in varied skill growing periods and requirements of varied nursing posts, were formulated according to nurses' different skill growing periods. The grades of fundamental nursing care, and nurses' theoretical test and operational ca- pability test before and after implement of layered skill competition were compared. Results After implement of layered skill competition, the grades of fundamental nursing care, and nurses' theoretical test and operational capability test were significantly higher than before (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The layered skill competition, which features modulation, combination, and progression, can strengthen nurses' self-training awareness, and it in turns can enhance the training effect.
