摘 要:目的:研究板栗壳甲醇回流提取物(组分Ⅰ)、板栗籽甲醇回流提取物(组分Ⅱ)和板栗壳甲醇浸泡提取物(组分Ⅲ)对高血糖小鼠血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)浓度的调节作用。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素160mg.kg-1制高血糖小鼠模型。连续提取物灌胃28天后测定小鼠血清中各项生化指标。结果:板栗组分Ⅲ能显著性的降低高血糖小鼠体内的GLU(P<0.05)、TC(P<0.05)、MDA(P<0.05)和显著性升高高血糖小鼠体内的SOD(P<0.05);板栗组分Ⅰ与模型对照组相比只在TC上具有显著性差异(P<0.05);板栗组分Ⅱ与模型对照组相比不具有显著性差异。结论:甲醇浸泡板栗壳得到的板栗组分Ⅲ有降血糖作用,其他两组分降血糖作用较弱。Objective: To study the effects of Chinese chestnut and Chinese chestnut seeds on alloxan in- duced diabetic mice. Three extracts were' made from shell aqueous methanol backflow extraction (FI), seeds aqueous methanol backflow extraction (FII) and shell aqueous methanol soaking extraction (FIII). Methods: The diabetic mice were made by intraperitoneal injection of 160 mg· kg^-1 STZ and then the exnerirnontal mice were given the samples (FI, FII and FIII) for 28 days. The levels of fasting blood glucose, glucose tol- erance and other blood biochemical indexes were measured. Results: FIII can significantly reduced blood glu- cose (P〈0. 05), TC (P〈0.05) and MDA (P〈0.05) and significantly increased SOD (P〈0.05) in diabetic mice; The TC (P〈0. 05) has the significant difference when FI compared with model control group and there was no significant difference between FII and model control group. Conclusion. FIII has the strongest ability to reduce blood glucose, the FI and FII have little effect on diabetic mice.
