摘　　要：文章以辽宁为例 ,阐述了人口数量增长对大气污染 ,水体污染和固体废弃物的排放带来的直接影响 ;阐述了由于人口素质低下 ,导致环境意识淡薄 ,科学技术水平低和对产业转移适应能力差 ,对环境质量产生的负面影响 ,以及由于人口产业转移滞后和产业盲目转移对环境的破坏及对环境的污染。This paper studies the direct effects of population growth on polluter of air, waters, and solid discard in Liaonig Province. In point out that lower level of population qualites caused apathy idea to environment and lower level of science and technology and poor adaptability to the industrial transferring, are more responsible to the deteriorated environment. Thus several countermeasures are contribated for the compatible development of population and environment.
