摘  要:结合教学培养学生的创新能力和科研能力是实现创新人才培养的首要途径和方法。本文深入分析了西北民族大学医学生科研能力培养的现状,通过"开放互动式提问"、"问卷调查训练法""模拟论文答辩"等方式方法培养医学生的科研能力,将学生创新能力、实践能力和科研能力的培养纳入教学过程和教学目标之中,实现了教学与学生的创新、科研三位一体的紧密结合。It is a primary way and method for the cultivation of innovation talent to develop medical undergraduates' innovation and scientific research ability combined with teaching. The current cultivation situation of medical undergraduates' research abiLity of Northwest University for Nationalities was analyzed in this paper, through those methods of 'open and interactive Inquiry', 'questionnaire survey training method' and 'simulative thesis defense' to cultivate research ability of medical undergraduates. The cultivation of creative ability, practical ability and scientific research ability were brought into the teaching process and objectives, accordingly, teaching, innovation and research were integrate closely.
