摘　　要：临床实习是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,其质量的好坏直接关系到学生毕业后的临床实践能力,影响到医学人才的培养。作者以实习带教质量评估表为基础,通过对实习生问卷调查,分析了影响医学生临床实习质量的主要因素,并对提高医学生临床实习质量提出了对策与建议,以期达到提高医学生临床实习质量的目的。Clinical practice is a key component of higher medical education.The clinical practice quality is closely relat ed to medical graduates＇ clinical competence and cultivation of medical talents.Based on the Assessment Questionnaire of Clinical Practice and the results of the investigation among interns,this paper analyzes the chief factors influencing clinical practice quality and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures aiming at improving clinical practice quality.
