摘　　要：讨论有机化学教学中存在的问题及对策,用电子云分布、电子偏移理论把有机化合物官能团、结构与性质联系起来。用电子云分布、电子对偏移、部分电荷理论解释有机化合物的反应原理。结合热力学和动力学原理,对著名的有机反应进行解释,有利于提高学生的积极性,增加教与学的互动性。The problem and countermeasure of organic chemistry teaching have been discussed. The functional group, structure and character of organic compound have been bound with nephelauxetic effect and electron pair leaning theory. The organic chemical reaction mechanism have been explained with electron cloud distributing effect, electron pair leaning and part electric charge theory. Combined with thermodynamics and kinetics principle, the famous organic reaction have been explained. It is beneficial to enthusiastic of student. Teaching and learning promote and enhance each other.
