摘　　要：在分析企业研发职能与生产职能,并研究其分工问题逻辑起点的基础上,借鉴新兴古典经济学的研究范式,构建超边际分析模型,并对职能分工进行均衡分析。一方面,分析了目前普遍存在的"外包"现象与职能分工的关系;另一方面,指出我国目前正处于分工经济低下阶段,企业要向更加有效率的分工经济发展,就必须从降低交易费用系数和提升专业化经济程度入手。As a starting point, the paper analysis the R＆D and production functions of enterprise. Based on new classical economics paradigm, it builds the infra-marginal analysis model of the equilibrium analysis of the division of functions. On the one hand, this paper analyzes the relationship between the ＇outsourcing＇ phenomenon and the division of functions. On the other hand, through the low stage of the economic division of labor, companies must reduce transaction costs and enhance the economies of specialization of coefficients. The paper plays a key role in explicit functions of the position, and expands the new classical economics research in technological innovation
