摘　　要："教育家办学"的时代命题,意味着对大学校长主体性的省思与叩问,厘析命题基调的概念场,剖析大学校长主体性的"官场主体性"与"学场主体性",构建一个从"官场主体性"到"学场主体性"的大学校长主体性生成场域转向的路径,消解其"官场主体性"对"学场主体性"的遮蔽,从而才能建构教育家型大学校长的主体形象,才能催生出一批真正的教育家与实现"教育家办学"的愿景。＂University operation by educators＂ ignites reflections and inquiries about the subjectivity of university presidents. However, the construction of the status of university presidents as the subject in university operation and the realization of ＂uni- versity operation by educators＂ in the real sense are not an easy task. It is required to understand the definition or concept of the idea considering the subjectivity of university presidents, to analyze the ＂Subjectivity of Bureaucracy Field＂ and ＂Subjectivity of Study Field＂, to create an environment for the transition from the ＂Subjectivity of Bureaucracy Field＂ to ＂Subjectivity of Study Field＂, and to rid the effects of ＂Subjectivity of Bureaucracy Field＂ on ＂Subjectivity of Study Field＂.
