论北宋国家藏书制度的完善——以《麟台故事》所载为主

摘　　要：北宋元丰改制后,馆阁归于秘书省的领导之下,致使秘书省职官的设置、职事、选任及编制发生了很大的变化。馆阁的皇家藏书性质进一步减弱,国家藏书的特性趋于强化。相比较而言,北宋以馆阁为核心的国家藏书制度在这一时期趋于完善,主要体现在五个方面:秘书省宿直制度的进一步完善、秘书省借书制度的完备、秘书省馆职待遇的制度化、新建省舍、北宋国家藏书再盛。After the reform of Yuanfeng period at Northern Song dynasty, under the leadership of secretariat, the library belongs to the secretariat, which caused the secretariat＇s official settings, offical elections and career compiled to change greatly. Therefore, the less to collect books for the royal trend, the more to collect books for the country trend. In contrast, at Northern Song dynasty period, as the core of the national collection system, the library trends to perfect. It mainly reflects in the following five aspects： the further improvement of value shift system in secretariat, the further improvement of book reservation system in secretariat, the institutionalization of offical treatment in secretariat, construction new central authorities, the revival of collecting books for the country again.
